Every day we are asked to print Word and Publisher documents which can easily change when opened on another computer. PDF files (portable disk format) can be created from most software applications, and are much more stable than Word Documents.

Microsoft Office programs like Publisher and Word 2007 can now create PDF Files. Alternatively you can send your files to www.pdfonline.com who provide a free service. Just click on the PDFONLINE logo below to open an email window. Don't forget to attach your document to be converted, and carefully check the PDF they send back, before sending it to Copyworld for printing.

Our workload will often mean that we cannot check your files while you wait.

Note down the file name and location of the file you will be leaving with us. Make sure that you have double checked your page size, layout and accuracy on your own computer. A disk handling charge and Desktop Publishing charges may apply if Copyworld are required to fix files that are not print ready.
